Nectara guide

Like so many of us on a healing journey, perhaps you’ve approached mindfulness as a way to help you feel fulfilled or as a goal. We feel there is a much more effective way.
Explore the benefits of mindfulness
Do you wonder if it’s possible to experience mindfulness in a different way?
Could we infuse more beauty and a dose of delight into our healing?
And what if we could do this without the pressure of seeking to figure it all out?

The Journey
With guidance and a delightful approach from David, we’ll draw from ancient truths and apply them to our everyday lives. There are 7 stops on our journey, all exploring meaningful mindfulness themes.

How it works
Every 3 days for 21 days, you’ll receive a new journey email directly to your inbox. They’re basically microdoses of mindfulness—tiny ideas you can integrate into your life.

Designed for busy lives
No fluff or overwhelm, we promise. Just practical curated meditations, exercises and inspirations that are heart-centered, poetic, and quietly radical in their simplicity.

Walk the path with us
Along the way, we will invite you to join us in mindfulness workshops and experiences to practice and deepen your journey with David.
Together we’ll explore mindfulness as a way to help you microdose mindful integration in your daily life. Give these gentle practices a try from wherever you are and let us know how they feel.

Your guide
My name is David Frank Gomes, but you can call me Frank if you like.
I would consider myself an interesting work in progress - I try to update my software regularly, but still don't completely understand how to use my operating system.
As a young man, I had become dissatisfied, despite what I had achieved and experienced. I knew there had to be something else but didn't know what it was or how to find it.
When the student is ready, the teacher arrives. I was 26 years old when I was introduced to my teacher and it set in motion an earnest study in one of the great wisdom and meditation traditions. I have been travelling that path to this day.
I see mindfulness as medicine.
My mantra is: Everything is perfect as it is, and there is plenty of room for improvement.
