About this event

Psychedelic preparation is the multi-dimensional process of preparing your mind, body, and soul for the safest and most healing psychedelic journey. It's an often overlooked aspect of the experience but a crucial one.

In this monthly workshop with Nectara guide Michael Jeffery, we will explore together actions and attitudes you can take in the time leading up to a psychedelic journey for the best outcome. Based on our upcoming Psychedelic Preparation 101 guide, we will cover Set and Setting preparations, and what you can do to prepare in physical, social, emotional, spiritual, mental and environmental ways so that you have the most beautiful, beneficial and meaningful psychedelic experience.

There will be space for your questions and we will share some activities you can take away to help you embark on your next journey safely.

What you will experience

  • Enter your psychedelic experiences safely
  • Prepare your mind, body, and soul better
  • Understand the meaning of Set and Setting
  • Explore what intention means and why we do it
  • Pick facilitators who will guide you with integrity
  • Learn practical preparation exercises and frameworks
